Our Simple Process
We've designed the simplest arrangement process in our profession. Our online arrangement process is intuitive and easy to understand.
- When a death has occurred, call our office to do the transportation to our crematory.
- Use the Arrange Now button to start the planning process and make payment
- Complete the required documents
- Within typically 10-15 business days the cremation will be completed at our own crematory.

STEP 1
Contact eCremation
Let the nurse, coroner, or facility know that you would like for eCremation to take your loved one into our care by calling 330-598-0255
STEP 2
Arrangements
Make arrangements online. Help can be given over-the-phone with a dedicated member of our Care Team M-F 9-4.
STEP 4
Return of the Remains
After the cremation has taken place, you have the option to come pick up the cremated remains at our office. We can also ship or hand deliver the remains to you for an additional fee.
